My primary work is individual therapy. Mostly I work in-person but online is possible. Sessions are once-weekly as a minimum. Meeting 2-3 times weekly is well within my clinical experience.

I offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists who want to work from a psychodynamic perspective.

I speak to groups about psychotherapy principles in the workplace, addressing topics such as conflict, leadership, loss, the intersection between theology and psychoanalytic thinking, and working with institutional anxieties from a psychotherapeutic perspective.

The initial consultation of 2 sessions is charged at £120. It is £95-£75 per session for on-going therapy, and the fee is agreed in the initial consultation.
Supervision fees relate to the therapist’s own circumstances and fee structure. Speaking fees vary based on requirements. Please be in touch to discuss more.

You can be in touch to ask if a concessionary rate for the consultation or on-going therapy is something I am able to accommodate. If I can’t see you myself, then I can discuss options with you about finding lower-fee services.
